Pearman and RDP Queens sweep Rattlers, extend winning streak to six

Medicine Hat, AB - The Red Deer Polytechnic Queens remain undefeated on the season. In fact, they haven't lost a single set over six matches. 

The Queens controlled the match from start to finish and downed the host Rattlers in straight sets (25-9, 25-14 and 25-14).

Queens Player of the Match Danielle Wiens totaled 26 assists, two digs, two blocks and an ace. The first-year setter connected with outside hitter Tess Pearman (10 kills) most often. Tess Pearman also had two of the Polytechnic's four aces. Anna Carlson, a Bachelor of Science Nursing student, and Vanessa Loos, a Bachelor of Arts Psychology student, had five kills each.

Red Deer Polytechnic finished with a 0.404 hitting percentage. 

Hailey Adams received the top performer honour for the home team, totaling six digs and one assist. Kennedy Galloway and Sarah Singular had four kills apiece.

The Red Deer Polytechnic Queens (6-0) will challenge the SAIT Trojans (2-4) at the Gary W. Harris Canada Games Centre on Friday, December 3 at 6 pm.
